Eva Moore
Owner/Instructor
Eva is originally from Blue Springs, MO. As a student she received many opportunities through competitive dance to travel and study under professional choreographers nation-wide including scholarships to Broadway Dance Center and the New York Ballet Conservatory.
Eva continued her education at The Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Arts Management at Oklahoma City University, home to one of the nation's top 10 dance education programs, where she earned a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance Degree. Eva is trained in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theater, and Dance Pedagogy, and her education was supplemented by courses in Choreography, Stage Management, Acting, and Voice.
Her favorite credits include being a part of Oklahoma!, The Merry Widow, Annie, and a 4 year member of the world renowned American Spirit Dance Company. Eva enjoys traveling as a master teacher, a judge for national dance competitions, and is a member of the prestigious Dance Masters of America organization. She is proud to have contributed choreography to Pleasant Hill High School's recent productions of Shrek, Footloose, and Oklahoma!.
Eva is incredibly proud of her students that have been accepted into collegiate level dance programs: University of the Arts, University of Central Oklahoma, Texas Christian University, Grand Canyon University, Berkley Conservatory of Boston, and Theater Arts Preparatory School. Many other students have went on to participate in college dance teams and collegiate dance clubs.
Eva is happily married to her high school sweetheart Steve, who is a middle school administrator in the Ray-Pec school district. They have two beautiful children. Miss Eva is thrilled to be a part of the Pleasant Hill, MO community. Eva’s students have received many accolades through dance competitions, but it is their successes later in life as dance instructors, college graduates, and dance professionals are what make her most proud. For almost two decades Eva has championed students to grow as well rounded artists and people who can transfer the life lessons learned in the dance classroom on to any future endeavors. Eva believes that dance is for everyone and strives to create a studio home that welcomes students of all ages and all levels.
Jessica Kalinka
Instructor / Community Performance Company Director
Miss Jessica has been with EMPAC since our start in 2011. She is trained in all styles of dance and is always striving to further her education as a teacher. Miss Jessica is the director of our non-competitive performance group, The Community Performance Company (CPC), a choreographer for the competitive EMPAC Company, and loves to choreograph our annual father/daughter dance for the spring recital. Miss Jessica is the mother of three beautiful children. Her love of kids and experience as a mother show in her classroom with our youngest students. She is a studio favorite among our dancers age 8-under, but also looks forward to instructing our adult tap class each week!


Rehgan Batchelor
Instructor
Rehgan brings a unique style to the EMPAC staff. She is a sought after choreographer in the midwest - her choreography has won numerous accolades including regional and national overall recognition. Rehgan teaches with a heartfelt passion and strives create and uplifting and encouraging atmosphere for all students to feel safe to take chances and grow as artists. Rehgan currently teaches advanced level contemporary and works with the competitive EMPAC company.

Eva Severs
Instructor
Eva is a proud EMPAC alumni and experienced teacher. Affectionately known as "Little Miss Eva" - you can find her in a wide variety of classes and levels with EMPAC. Eva is a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor and works with both recreational students and the competitive EMPAC company. Eva enjoys traveling the country as a national dance competition staff member and spending time with her sweet little daughter.
Kylee Kingman
Instructor
Kylee is a proud EMPAC alumni and goal oriented teacher. Kylee's attention to detail is once of her biggest assets as an instructor. She loves to challenge her students of all ages and levels, and inspire them to reach new levels by setting personal goals and focusing on building a proper foundation of technique. Kylee teaches a wide variety of classes for EMPAC and also works with the competitive EMPAC Company. When she's not at EMPAC Kylee is a nursing student looks forward to helping others in her future career.


Gloria Castillo
Instructor
Gloria Castillo is a versatile dance educator, coach, choreographer, and nationally recognized dance judge with extensive experience at the high school, collegiate, and all-star levels. Highly skilled in pom, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop, Gloria is known for blending clean, technical choreography with dynamic performance artistry. She is deeply passionate about empowering dancers, building confidence, and creating meaningful, impactful experiences through movement. Gloria served as an Assistant Spirit Squad Coach and Pom Specialist at Independence Community College in Kansas, where she collaborated on halftime and competition choreography, mentored student-athletes in technique and performance quality, and helped lead the program to UDA/UCA Nationals. Previously, she was the Head Varsity Pom Coach at Bartlesville High School, where she guided the program to multiple first-place finishes at regional competitions and elevated the team’s competitive presence. As a choreographer and coach, Gloria has worked with high school and collegiate programs across the Midwest, refining routines and preparing teams for elite-level performances. Her choreography and coaching have contributed to numerous accolades, including top finishes at NDA Nationals, DTU Regionals, NAIA competitions, and OSDTDA State Championships. She has coached and choreographed dancers who have gone on to perform on collegiate dance teams and is consistently recognized for her emphasis on synchronization, musicality, clarity, and commanding performance presence. In addition to coaching and choreography, Gloria is a national dance judge for major competitions such as Dance Team Union (DTU), Headliners, StarQuest, and other events across the United States. She is also a sought-after guest teacher, traveling nationwide to educate dancers of all ages and experience levels. Beyond the competitive dance world, Gloria contributed to the film Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Martin Scorsese, assisting with cultural dance observation and supporting choreography to ensure authentic movement representation. In 2025, she was featured as a campaign model for Milani Cosmetics, representing the brand across both digital and print platforms. Gloria is a proud member of the National Dance Coaches Association and a former collegiate dancer with the Kansas State University Classy Cats. She remains dedicated to shaping confident, disciplined, and expressive dancers who excel both on and off the stage.

Ashley Kiger
Tumbling Program Director/Instructor
Ashley started gymnastics at four years old and continued her training throughout high school. Her love of the sport quickly grew into her love of teaching. She began coaching gymnastics at twelve years old as an assistant coach. Her training continued under various coaches until she was able to coach on her own. During that time she completed her safe sport and instructor certifications through USA Gymnastics. Ashley started working at EMPAC in the fall of 2012, and over the years has produced and developed the studio's tumbling curriculum. Her experience from coaching preschool, recreational, and competitive gymnastics has helped shape what the EMPAC tumbling program is today. Ashley is always looking to further her knowledge in regards to tumbling. She is a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher and enjoys attending USA Gymnastics Congresses and workshops when she can. Ashley and her husband have one cute little boy and two cats that they love to spend their free time with.

Ireland Slover
Instructor
Ireland is originally from Harrisonville, MO. As a student she grew up training there at Eva Moore’s Performing Arts center. Many opportunities, values, and challenges were explored through competitive dance. Ireland continued her education at University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. She received at Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. Here, she had the opportunity to train in numerous styles of dance such as ballet, modern, jazz, heels, aerial, tap, and hip hop. Through her Dance Performance degree, Ireland also had courses that accompanied her education such as stage lighting, choreography, partnering, and dance pedagogy. Ireland’s favorite performance credits include having the privilege of being a part of Kaleidoscope Dance Company for University of Central Oklahoma, under the direction of Tina Kambour. The company provided many opportunities such as, performing in a collaborative work with BARE dance company, directed by Mike Esperanza in New York City. Performing as a guest artist in Collin Colleges’ Dance Fusion concert in Plano, TX. She also was a performer in University of Central Oklahomas’ Opera concert “Orfeo ed Euridice”. Ireland is thrilled to be back at her home studio as a proud alumni teaching what she loves. Sharing what can cultivate a well rounded artist while staying true to your values as a dancer.
Emily Spiwak
Instructor
Emily is originally from Kingsville, MO and is a proud EMPAC alumni. During her time at Northwest Missouri State University Emily was a multi year member and choreographer of the school's performance Dance club. One of her proudest moments is choreographing a finale piece of 96 dancers and watching it come together successfully! During her time at Northwest Emily was also the head Campus Relations chair. Emily loves anything involving creativity and knows that she can help inspire our tiniest EMPAC dancers to dream big!

Kayla Schreimann
Office Manager
Kayla brings FUN to EMPAC every day she's in the office. We love Kayla's genuine love for our students and their well being. Kayla is available to answer questions, give studio tours, assist with account set up and payments, and loves to decorate the studio for each holiday. She is a mom to four awesome kiddos.


Tiffany Creach
Office Manager
Tiffany brings over a decade of experience as a dance parent at EMPAC. From recreational to competitive programs she has had one of her children in it all! As part of the team, she can provide registration assistance, answer inquiries, provide tours, assist with account billing and helps coordinate events.
